Who we are

and what we do

The Global Nutrition Cluster is a holistic support platform for nutrition actors at all levels globally to meet their needs for 1) coordination and information management and 2) programme support in humanitarian emergencies. Strong coordination and technical / programme support are critical in reducing duplication of efforts and preventing gaps from forming in humanitarian responses, as well as mitigating any conflict between actors so that → the right support can be delivered at the right time to the right people to save the maximum number of lives in emergencies. The GNC fills these two critical needs for nutrition actors. Watch the video* to learn more about the programme support we provide. *Please note, we are updating this video to reflect the recent redesign of the GNC.
