Developing the next GNC Strategy

GNC Strategy Development

We are currently in the process of developing the next version of our strategy, continuing from the Global Nutrition Cluster Strategy 2022-2025. The methodology will include a desk review and an expansive consultative process including key informant interviews, focus group consultations, global consultations, and stakeholder surveys. The consensus-driven process is being led by the GNC Strategy Development Consultant and will be continually informed by a convened Strategic Reference Group as well as strategic insights and approvals from the GNC Strategic Advisory Group and GNC leadership. We set out to reflect the GNC's evolution in the areas of localisation and resource mobilisation. Responding to the current dynamic environment we are also adjusting our approach to align with the Humanitarian Reset. The aim is to produce a strategic document that reflects the direction and aspirations of the GNC Collective.
