Nutrition and Anticipatory Action Taskforce

Nutrition and Anticipatory Action Taskforce

Following a successful kick-off meeting, we are pleased to officially launch the Nutrition and Anticipatory Action (AA) Taskforce, co-led by the GNC Climate Crisis Working Group and the GNC Nutrition Information Systems Working Group. The taskforce aims to drive concrete actions aligned with country-level priorities.

As a first step, we invite all GNC partners to contribute to a mapping of ongoing projects, initiatives, and resources related to Anticipatory Action and Nutrition, and to help spread the word through your networks.

Together, we can strengthen nutrition through anticipatory action.

Join the Sub-Group on guidance development

We are currently forming a sub-group to lead the scoping phase aimed at identifying possible content gaps to inform future development of guidance.
If you're interested in contributing, please contact Domitille Kauffmann ([email protected]), copying Hassan Ali Ahmed ([email protected]).

Stay connected

As you can see, our workstream is evolving rapidly. We invite partners to share any suggestions for the taskforce’s work or express interest in presenting their own initiatives during upcoming meetings.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you receive any requests for technical support on AA and Nutrition — we’d be happy to explore how we can help.
